Target: this project's .codex/agents/grunt.toml. If the target already exists, compare it to the download. If identical, report already installed. If different, stop without overwriting it and tell me. Otherwise create only .codex/agents/ and save the downloaded bytes to that target. Verify the saved bytes exactly match the download.

Do not change any other file, settings, permissions, or agent. If download or verification fails, stop and give me the source URL; do not invent the TOML. Tell me the result and that I need to start a new Codex session to load the agent.
