Technical private company

Boundary: complex remediation, multiple frameworks, listed-company reporting and additional technical work are excluded.

A controlled group-reporting engagement with a defined consolidation boundary and complete component information.

Boundary: no first-time adoption, acquisition, carve-out, restatement, listed or regulated reporting. Additional entities are separately quoted.

Commercial terms for paid places
Fifty percent is payable when the engagement is accepted and fifty percent when the first complete draft is delivered. Fees exclude taxes, specialist reports, filing charges and work outside the signed scope. Selection is subject to a scoping review and formal engagement letter.
