Boundary: no first-time adoption, acquisition, carve-out, restatement, listed or regulated reporting. Additional entities are separately quoted.

Commercial terms for paid places

Fifty percent is payable when the engagement is accepted and fifty percent when the first complete draft is delivered. Fees exclude taxes, specialist reports, filing charges and work outside the signed scope. Selection is subject to a scoping review and formal engagement letter.

The public-review boundary

Honest feedback is a condition of participation. A positive or public review is not. If a participant separately permits publication, the review will disclose that the assessment was provided at no charge.
