Information collected
The website may collect information you submit through enquiry, pilot-application and feedback forms, including your name, work email, organisation, role, country, service context and message. Basic technical and usage information may also be collected through hosting and analytics services when enabled.
How it is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess pilot or service relevance, verify participant feedback, manage publication permission, maintain necessary business records and improve the website. It is not sold to advertisers.
V2 Founding Beta
Beta applications record your name, email, country, Windows/Codex setup, technical experience, intended use and eligibility/terms confirmations. We use these to select up to five testers, provide private downloads, review test evidence and grant a complimentary personal V2 entitlement. Send redacted evidence by email only; never send API keys, passwords, credential files or session tokens. Beta data and evidence are private, with access limited to Executive Compass administration and its service providers. Unsuccessful applications and redacted evidence are normally deleted after 90 days unless an ongoing support matter requires retention; accepted tester and entitlement records are retained while needed to support the licence. Anonymised technical feedback may improve the product. Public attribution or testimonials need separate permission.
Digital product purchases and V1 updates
When you buy a digital product, we record your email address, product and price choice, amount, currency, transaction reference and payment status to verify the purchase, provide download access, respond to support requests and keep necessary business records. Paystack processes the payment; Executive Compass does not receive or store your full card number. For a V1 update request, we use the submitted address to check an existing paid purchase or an invited complimentary entitlement, and send a short-lived one-time access link where eligible. Supabase stores purchase, entitlement and short-lived download authorization records; Resend delivers the access email. We do not send your email address or payment reference to website analytics.
Reviews and publication permission
Feedback submitted through the website is private unless the participant separately permits publication. Where permission is given, the final quote, attribution and any free or reduced-fee disclosure will be sent to the participant for approval before publication. Publication permission may be withdrawn before publication by emailing Executive Compass.
Confidential information
Do not submit confidential financial records, personal identification documents, legally privileged material or sensitive client information through the public website. A separate secure process will be agreed when an engagement requires evidence.
Service providers
Website hosting, form processing, email and analytics providers may process limited information for the operation of Executive Compass. Their role is limited to providing the relevant service.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of information submitted through the website, subject to legal and legitimate record-keeping requirements, by emailing info@executivecompass.global.

This notice may be updated as the website and services develop. The current version will be published on this page.
