Independent research participation

Help test Executive Compass™.

Executive Compass™ is entering independent pretesting. Experienced professionals are invited to critically review fictional cases and help identify ambiguity, bias and methodological weaknesses.

Who may be suitable

Experience matters more than agreement.

The purpose is not to confirm the model. It is to locate ambiguity, unsupported assumptions, hidden bias and weaknesses that should be revised or rejected.

Professional judgement

CFOs and senior finance leaders

Experienced in interpreting incomplete information, challenging assumptions and advising executives under uncertainty.

Assurance and governance

Auditors, directors and risk professionals

Experienced in evidence quality, governance, control, independence and the limits of organisational claims.

Method and critique

Researchers and specialist reviewers

Experienced in instrument design, qualitative judgement, bias detection, validity, decision science or organisational research.

What participation may involve

Review fictional cases. Challenge the instrument.

  • 01Review bounded fictional organisational cases.
  • 02Identify unclear wording, missing evidence and plausible alternative interpretations.
  • 03Flag bias, leakage, leading cues and methodological weakness.
  • 04Explain disagreement rather than being pushed toward consensus.

Application

Apply to participate independently.

Applications are screened for relevant experience, role fit, independence and prior exposure. Selection is not guaranteed.
